2010 Annual General Meeting

We encourage all delegates to participate in the democratic process of our Association by attending the 18th Annual General Meeting of the BC Non-Profit Housing Association. Set the agenda for the future of non-profit housing at BCNPHA’s AGM and elect the board that will keep your issues front and centre.

Every BCNPHA housing-provider member should send one voting representative to the AGM, although all other conference delegates and associate members are also welcome.

This year, there are four spots on BCNPHA’s Board of Directors that need to be filled. For more information about serving on the board, nominating a candidate, or putting forth a resolution to be included on the AGM agenda, contact Karen Stone, Executive Director, at 604-291-2600, ext. 223 or email: karen@bcnpha.ca.

2010 AGM Voting
Member housing providers are each allowed one voting delegate at the AGM. A voting card and ballot will be provided to each member’s designated voting representative during the AGM registration on Tuesday, 23 November (from 8:30am to 9:15am).


Late Resolutions Session

Monday, 22 November
4:15 pm – 5:00 pm, Room TBA

It’s not too late to submit resolutions for the Annual General Meeting! If something has come up at a conference workshop you’ve attended that you would like BCNPHA to take action on, consider submitting a late resolution at the AGM. The Resolutions Committee will be at this session to help you in forming your resolution and guide you through the AGM’s resolution process.
