18th Annual Non-Profit Housing Conference - ADVANCED HOUSING SOLUTIONS - November 22-24, 2010

SOCIAL EVENTS

BCNPHA/Marsh Canada Hospitality Suite
Enjoy an evening with us before getting down to
the serious work of the conference! BCNPHA and Marsh Canada will host a hospitality suite on Sunday, 21 November, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Join directors, staff, fellow delegates, and our Marsh partners at the hospitality suite (location TBA) to meet, greet, and mingle. Network with old and new acquaintances while enjoying some light refreshments.

The Coast Capital Savings/BCNPHA Social Night
Banquet on Monday, 22 November, offers a great mix of entertainment for the enjoyment of all delegates. After a delectable buffet dinner, delegates can sit back and enjoy live entertainment, and then get up and dance!

THEATRESPORTS® is high-action short form improv which relies on razor-sharp wit and lightning-fast reflexes. Using audience suggestions to fuel scenes, performers create totally improvised situations on the spot. Then, back by popular demand for those delegates who want to dance the night away, the band Cloud Nine will play hits old and new from their huge playlist. Join us!

The social night advance ticket price is $42 plus HST per person for BCNPHA members and $60 plus HST for non-BCNPHA members. Advance purchase is available on the BCNPHA conference website through the conference registration link at www.bcnpha.ca/pages/conference/ conference-2010.php. Tickets can also be purchased at the conference for $53.57 plus HST per person for BCNPHA members, and $80 plus HST for non-members. Delegates may also purchase tickets for guests at the advance or on-site ticket prices.

BC Housing Meet and Mingle
Join BC Housing on Tuesday, 23 November, at 5:30 pm in the Cedarbridge Room for refreshments, door prizes, and an opportunity to meet with your colleagues from across the province.

BC Housing invites you to join them to celebrate the work of the non-profit housing sector, and to interact one-on-one with senior staff, including Regional Property Portfolio Managers. During this informal social, BCNPHA Executive Director Karen Stone and BC Housing’s CEO Shayne Ramsay will jointly address and highlight the continuing partnerships with the sector to deliver safe, affordable housing.
